Is DHGate safe for buyers?

DHGate has return rules and refund options for buyers who do not receive items or receive bad-quality ones. The company first suggests talking to the seller. But if the seller is not cooperating, buyers can get a refund by applying for a dispute within 5-90 days. 

How do order cancellations work?

Buyers can cancel orders. Find the Request Refund button under “My Orders” then submit a request. If the seller agrees to the refund within 7 days, the system will return the money automatically.

How can buyers cancel unpaid orders?

If the buyer has not paid in 10 days, then the order will cancel by itself. If an attempt to pay has been made but failed, there will be a 30 day period before it cancels by itself.

How can buyers handle unresponsive and cooperative sellers?

If the seller insists on sending the item even though the buyer wishes to cancel the order, DHGate customer services can be involved and investigate the dispute. Other cases where the seller is unable to be reached also apply.

How can buyers leave reviews after buying?

Buyers can post a review up to 90 days after their purchase. To do this, go to My Orders. Click “Awaiting Review”. From there, you can post and submit a DHGate review on items and sellers.
